Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, every guide you own, and your data — including for anyone you've shared a guide with. Guides someone else shared with you just disappear from your list; it doesn't touch their guide. This can't be undone.

Do my guides work offline?

Yes — guides you've already opened are cached on your device and stay usable without a connection. Changes sync once you're back online.

Can I share a guide with someone?

Yes — open a guide → Share, and choose whether they can just view it or also edit it. You can change or revoke their access at any time from that same screen.

Why does place search behave differently sometimes?

Search tries a few sources in order: Apple's on-device search (only in the full app, not a preview build), then Foursquare, then OpenStreetMap as a no-key fallback. Which one answers a given search depends on what's available.
